Science:

As a sports scientist I am always interested in explanations and traceability of informations. I try to allow this also for my own statements. Sports Science is an area of multiple disciplines and teached me to approach phenomenons on a comprehensive way which leads to the desired results.

Martial Arts:

After my first expiriences in martial arts I thought it is unpractical and ineffective. So I left this path. Juergen Harlander brought me back to this way, Augsburg (2008). Then I started an intense period of spending my time with martial arts and realistic combat.

Styles and Systems:

Training in Martial Arts (Judo, Jeet Kun Do, Practical Wing Chun) and Self Defence and military combat (Senshido, Modern Urban Combat Tactics, Krav Maga), Germany, Japan, Taiwan, Hongkong.
Further experiences in several Martial Arts (Kick- und Thai-Boxen, Aikido, Karate, practical TaiChi, Systema), some more or some less valuable.

Expirience

(Seminars and Private Lessons):
In 2010 I hold the first seminar for Self Defence with one of my former teachers. Since 2011 I give private lessons to martial artists of any style with the goal of closing the gab between their acquired martial art skills and practicability in reality.

Expeditions:

In 2010 I travelled for the first time to Asia - looking for many martial arts and masters to train with.
On the other side these trips gave me the opportunity to escape modern society and daily life. This influenced my view on life, activity and health.
