Health



physical and mental training, nutrition and psychology are influencing health
Some people define health as non-existence of illness, others additionally are asking for physical and mental abilities to be able to be an active part of life and to express oneself.

It is for sure that health is the result of several other areas, maybe it is even a fundamental understanding of oneself and his/her surrounding.

Especially when we talk about activity and nutrition actually it is so simple to achieve good results with small effort. But why do we fail to realise it then?
Instead of boring and pitiful restrictions of nutrition and torturous work outs we should start with the basics:

Fundamental education

, advices

easy to realise

and

increasing awareness

of health.
